Fugitive Edgar Carrillo flees after shooting his victim on ChristmasJune 21, 2010 CALIFORNIA FUGITIVE NEWS -- The Sacramento Police Department has been searching for for Edgar Carrillo since Christmas of 2008. Carrillo is accused of killing 24-year-old Francisco Torres-Fernandez, a resident of the North Highlands area of the Sacramento-Arden-Arcade-Roseville Metropolitan. killer According Sacramento Police, on December 25, 2008, at approximately 12:07 a.m., Officers responded to the 2300 block of North Avenue answering a 911 report of a shooting.
