Shortly after midnight on June 13, 2010, Gabino Pedraza Becerra purportedly shot and killed 19-year-old Edgar Chavez at a large party, which took place in a rural vineyard near Parlier, California. During the killing, Becerra also critically wounded another victim who has luckily survived the attack.
