Michael Elijah Pulliambanks is most wanted for shooting new talent rapper, Arnold MuckleroyDecember 28, 2010 NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FUGITIVE NEWS -- Antioch Police are searching for fugitive Michael Elijah Pulliambanks, a.k.a. Michael Banks for the shooting death of 24-year-old Arnold Muckleroy, in a residential neighborhood of Antioch, California. Muckleroy was a known local rapper, "Young Boov 5000" who performed throughout Contra Costa County and had studio recordings.
According to police, on December 20, 2010, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Arnold Muckleroy was discovered wounded on Rockspring Way in Antioch. A resident of the neighboring city of Pittsburg, Muckleroy, had driven to Rockspring Way to meet with "friends." According to witnesses, Muckleroy left his vehicle and got into another vehicle, a green two-door Ford Escort, and was immediately shot in the head inside of the other vehicle. Wounded, Muckleroy was dumped on the road and left to die, while the killas speed off. To their credit, Contra Costa County EMS managed to successfully transported Muckleroy 20 miles to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek. John Muir Medical Center is the only designated trauma center for Contra Costa County. Unfortunately, the gunshot wound turned fatal, and Muckleroy died the following morning. Meanwhile, Police later recovered the green Ford Escort. Further investigation revealed Michael Elijah Pulliambanks, or as he prefers to be called, "Michael Banks" to be the triggerman in the shooting. Fugitive and suspect killer, Michael E. Pulliambanks is considered armed and dangerous. Pulliambanks is known to travel between the San Francisco Bay area and metropolitan Sacramento. He is described as:
