Raphael Garza Duenez raided three houses searching for drugs and money.June 24, 2010 HOUSTON FUGITIVE NEWS -- Raphael Garza Duenez is most wanted for capital murder in Texas by the Houston police. Raphael Garza Duenez and his partner, Roberto Arredondo, are alleged to have committed home invasions of three houses, one house was being used to manufacture and sell narcotics.
On March 25, 2010, at approximately 1:10 a.m., both Duenez and Arredondo raided the three houses at 716 Fenell Street seeking drugs and demanding money. Inside one house, a struggle occurred between Duenez, Arredondo and 30-year-old Gary Wayne Zachary. Two of the men were shot. Arredondo was wounded in the back. He sought medical treatment and survived. However, Zachary died later at Ben Taub Hospital. Raphael Garza Duenez has not been seen since the shooting. Duenez is described as:
