HOUSTON FUGITIVE NEWS -- Suspected killer, Charleston Robinson a.k.a. "Charlie Boy" is most wanted for his involvement in the fatal shooting of 40-year-old Clarence Bullard in northwest Houston.

On September 26, 2010 at approximately 11:45 a.m., Houston Police discovered the corpse of Clarence Bullard who visibly died of multiple gunshot wounds. Declared dead at the scene, investigators believe the shooting was a conflict homicide motived by an ongoing dispute between the two men.
