Roberto Arredondo was shot in his back committing a robbery, he then fled Hospital before he could be charged with capital murderHOUSTON FUGITIVE NEWS -- Two homicide fugitives have been identified by Houston police as Roberto Arredondo and Raphael Garza Duenez. Both men are presently most wanted by Houston Police for a capital murder that occurred during a home invasion in search of money and drugs.
Purportedly, on March 25, 2010, Roberto Arredondo and his accomplice raided three houses located at 716 Fenell Street, with one house being used to manufacture and sell narcotics. During the robbery, 30-year-old Gary Wayne Zachary, attempted to defend himself. Duenez, Arredondo, and Zachary struggled over a handgun. Two of the men were shot. Zachary, the victim of the killing was shot twice, once in the chest and once in the back. He died later at Ben Taub Hospital. Meanwhile, the home invader, Arredondo, was also shot, he sought medical treatment at Methodist Hospital for a gunshot wound in his back. Afterward, at Methodist Hospital, Houston Police officers took Arredondo's statement of the shooting incident. Meanwhile, investigators collected evidence to seek charges against the killers. However, on March 29, 2010, with an IV still in his arm, Arredondo fled the hospital. Killer is described as:
