GREELEY COLORADO FUGITIVE NEWS -- The Weld County Sheriff's Department, Evans Police, and the Greeley/Evans Gang Unit are searching for a most wanted fugitive for an argument murder that occurred in Greeley metro area. On October 19, 2010, Weld County District Court issued a warrant charging Roque Colin-Tapia Jr., a.k.a. "Lil Dreamer" with 2nd Degree Murder of 20-year-old Casey Bryan Korgan.

According to the arrest warrant, on October 16, 2010, a resident of Gill, Colorado and known gang member, Roque Colin-Tapia Jr., was invited to a graduation party at 3411 Montrose St. in Evans by a fellow gang member attending the party. The victim, Casey Korgan, who had no gang ties and lived within the neighborhood, was also invited to the party. As the celebration progressed, Korgan and Colin-Tapia entered an arm-wrestling match. Poor sportsmanship prevailed, the two men argued, and Casey Korgan was asked to leave the premises.

However, Colin-Tapia a.k.a. "Lil Dreamer" followed Casey Korgan out into the street where the two men began to physically fight. Then Roque Colin-Tapia Jr., began stabbing Korgan multiple times with a knife. Korgan was mortally wounded by the gang member over an argument set in motion by an arm wrestling match.

At approximately 1:30 p.m., when Evans police arrived at the Montrose St. residence, Casey Korgan was lying in the street. Emergency medical technicians attempted to revive Korgan with CPR at the scene. Korgan was transported to North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley where he was later pronounced dead.

Meanwhile, witnesses identified Roque Colin-Tapia Jr. through a photo line-up as the suspect who allegedly fought and stabbed Korgan in this argument murder. Additionally, a combined reward of $5,000 is offered for Roque Colin-Tapia Jr., a.k.a. "Lil Dreamer" apprehension. The Korgan family has added an additional $4,000 to the standard Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers $1,000 reward for this fugitive killer's arrest (Way to go Korgan family!).
