KANSAS FUGITIVE NEWS -- Fugitive Rogelio Reyes a.k.a. Roger Reyes is most wanted for the murder of a man outside a convenience store in Wichita, Kansas.
On September 27, 2007, Rogelio Reyes is believed to have shot Avelino Galvez in the back of the neck as he was driving a vehicle into the Quik Trip at 1610 E Lincoln Street in south central. Galvez survived the initial attack, but was critically injured. Eventually, Galvez died form the wound inflicted by Reyes several days later.
