Choice. The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) has safely and successfully apprehended Choice removing yet another potential threat to the public off the streets.
Furthermore, the U.S. Marshals led SOFAST, consisting of various local and state agencies, including the Dayton Police Department and Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, received information that fugitive Anthony Choice was living the North Lake Hills Apartments in Dayton, Ohio. Additional investigation concluded that not only was Anthony Choice living in an apartment in the complex, but also another wanted fugitive, Chucki Fowley, AKA Chucki Montgomery, who was wanted for a probation violation for an earlier weapons offense. SOFAST officers proceeded to systematically surround the apartment and arrest Fowley inside the apartment. Anthony Choice was located in a back bedroom. Choice first denied his identity by providing false information and a false identification card. However, Choice eventually admitted to authorities that he was in fact Anthony Choice who was most wanted for murder. Choice was then transported to the Dayton Police Department where he was released to the custody of the Dayton homicide detectives. Anthony Choice will now be prosecuted in an Ohio court of law to determine his innocence or guilt in his accused crimes outlined below. A former Dayton, Ohio felony murder fugitive, Anthony D.
