Juan P Lopez was wanted for his involvement in a drive-by shooting

KANSAS FUGITIVE NEWS -- Juan P Lopez is a suspected accomplice in a double shooting in Kansas City, Kansas. On November 13, 2009, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Lopez drove the getaway vehicle while Eldier Molina a.k.a. "Puppet" allegedly shot into another moving vehicle killing Gerson Diaz-Turcios and wounding Jose Diaz-Turcios. Once the driver was shot, the vehicle crashed into a light pole at 18th Street and Park Drive. Luckily, no pedestrians were injured during the crash. Both men were rushed to the hospital, Gerson Diaz-Turcios a.k.a "kreeper" was pronounced dead on arrival while Jose Diaz-Turcios died two days later.

Wyandotte County prosecutors have charged Eldier Molina and Juan Lopez with:

• First-degree murder
• Attempted murder
• Lopez with felony eluding
• Molina with possession of a firearm

Note: the murder charges should eventually change to two counts of first-degree murder.

Additionally, this is not the first time Lopez has been charged with murder. In October, Lopez was acquitted of driving the getaway vehicle in another drive-by shooting on February 9, 2009. In that murder, a fourteen-year-old teenager, Ricardo Zamora, was shot on his birthday near Pearson Elementary School in Kansas City by Patricio Briseno Jr. The gunman, Patricio Briseno Jr., was found guilty, and on December 4, 2009, was sentenced to life in prison with eligibility for parole after 25 years served. Law enforcement authorities claimed the crime was gang related.

Commenting on the on the November 13th shooting of the Diaz-Turcios brothers, "Anonymous" wrote in "The Pitch" Kansas City News Blog:

"I went to school with jose and dam its hard to believe hes gone; I knew kreeper he was one of the homies; fuk those levas man.! this world is fukked up wit all the gang bangers; I hope both them bitches get wat they derseve and rott in jail.!!"

Yeah Anonymous, we at FugitiveKillers.com agree with you. Lock up all these killers and throw away the key.

Lastly, at present, both Eldier Molina and Juan P Lopez are in jail. Good job Kansas City and KCKPD!
