Rafael Jimenez went to his victim's home and beat him to death in his own drivewayMay 29, 2010 HIGH PLAINS FUGITIVE NEWS -- A most wanted fugitive out of Nebraska, Rafael Jimenez is suspect of murder and other violent crimes. This fugitive is wanted on two separate criminal warrants with two separate charges on each warrant. Although, separate warrants, both incidents occurred on the same night. Allegedly, Rafael Jimenez first attacked his wife, and then murdered Peter A. Barges in Omaha, Nebraska. The outstanding warrants and charges against Rafael Jimenez are as follows.

Rafael Jimenez On Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 2:00 a.m. Omaha Police officers responded to a 911 call to 2339 North 71st Street regarding an assault. However, when the officers arrived, they found Peter A. Barges dead in his own driveway.
Barges had died of trauma incurred during a beating he received from Rafael Jimenez. Furthermore, the fatal beating progressed from a heated verbal argument between the two men in front of the home. Meanwhile, earlier when Rafael Jimenez was at his own residence, he allegedly fought with his wife threatening to kill her. Jimenez grabbed her by the hair, then choked and punched her in the face. It is believed Jimenez then went to the home of Peter Barges and killed him. After the murder it is believed that Jimenez enlisted the help of 21-year-old Armando J. Gomez to drive him to Texas. Gomez was arrested by Omaha Police on charges of accessory to a felony upon his return. Fugitive Rafael Jimenez is described as:
