fugitive murderer According to the City of Pontiac Police, on September 16, 2008, they responded to reports that an SUV had crashed into a utility pole at the corner of Raeburn and Jessie streets. Upon arrival, Police found Taylor inside the vehicle suffering from a single gunshot wound, which had entered his rear left armpit and exited through his throat. Taylor was taken to Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital where he was eventually pronounced dead. Further police investigation revealed, Taylor allegedly attempted to illegally purchase the pharmaceutical drug, "Vicodin" in an alley off Prospect Street. Police believe Taylor was in the SUV when Dalton walked up to the vehicle and attempted to rob him. Taylor tried to escape and was shot by Dalton.
