Killer used motor vehicle to murder his victimJune 17, 2010 WISCONSIN FUGITIVE NEWS -- Steven Deshawn Shaw is most wanted by Milwaukee police for first-degree reckless homicide and first-degree reckless injury. Shaw is suspected of ruthlessly using a motor vehicle to run down two men outside the 311 Restaurant in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Steven Deshawn Shaw - Reckless Homicide
Fugitive According to police, Shaw's girlfriend was hosting a party at the 311 Restaurant when a fight broke out inside the establishment. The fight then continued outside the restaurant on the sidewalk. Witnesses saw a Chevy Blazer, driven by Shaw, traveling east on Wisconsin Avenue. The Chevy Blazer swerved toward the people in front of the Restaurant just missing the pedestrians. The vehicle then made an U-turn and returned headed west on Wisconsin Avenue toward the Restaurant. This time, Shaw drove onto the sidewalk and struck two men with the Chevy Blazer. 28-year-old Timothy Houston was knocked down and also suffered injuries to his legs. However, 35-year-old Omar Terry was run over and dragged underneath the motor vehicle. Terry died after sustaining massive internal injuries from the attack by Shaw. Two days after the murder, Shaw's girlfriend called police and told investigators her boyfriend was driving the vehicle the night of the killing. Additionally, she stated that when Shaw discovered his victim had died, he attempted to undo the criminal evidence on the vehicle by scrubbing the Chevy Blazer clean of blood and fingerprints. After police found the Chevy Blazer hidden inside a garage, investigators found a bloody washcloth in the trash outside the residence. Steven Deshawn Shaw is described as:
Shaw has numerous tattoos, three in particular read, "Dying to be loved," on his left arm, while "Born to be hated" and "RIP Janice Evans," is tattooed on his right arm. Steven Deshawn Shaw should be considered a dangerous killer and now possibly armed.
