Nestor J. Ardon is most wanted for a murder in Kansas City

KANSAS FUGITIVE NEWS -- Another Kansas killer and member of the Surtrenos 13 gang, Nestor J. Ardon is most wanted by Kansas City, Kansas Police Department. The Wyandotte County district attorney issued felony warrants for Ardon arrest on charges of first-degree murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm and aiding and abetting in the killing of 17-year-old Edgar Lozania-Flores. Additionally, Ardon is also wanted for violation of probation for a previous burglary conviction.

It is suspected that Nestor J. Ardon and 15-year-old juvenile, Omar Hernandez, shot Edgar Lozania-Flores on September 2, 2008, at the Inner City Oil gas station at 540 S. 10th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. Hernandez was captured while Ardon remains at-large.
