Anzianihad up to $10,000 reward offered for information leading to his arrest. Anziani was being sought for the alleged murder of his girlfriend's 15-month-old baby boy in Bangor, Maine. A state warrant was issued for his arrest after he was charged with murder on February 26, 2010. Additionally, a federal arrest warrant was issued charging Anziani with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
On February 23, 2010, the toddler, Damien Christopher Lynn, was found unresponsive at his mother's home with broken bones, head injuries and a human bite mark on his right arm at approximately 8:00 p.m., and declared dead at the local hospital an hour later. Anziani was purportedly babysitting the toddler while the mother was being treated for abdominal pain at the hospital. According to the police, he has taken flight and left Maine. Anziani had been staying with the child's mother on and off in a relationship for about four months.
