MASS. FUGITIVE NEWS -- Joslyn A. Bailey is most wanted for the murder of a man in Massachusetts. On Christmas morning, 1995, Milton Police Department discovered the body of Rolondo C. Coxen bound and wrapped near the Milton Town Hall, at the corner of Walnut and Clapp Streets, suggesting the corpse was transported to the crime scene. Therefore, indicating the staging of a well planned and premeditated murder.

Further investigation, with collaboration with the Boston Police Department, revealed that Coxen was killed at the address of Joslyn A. Bailey, 128 B Delhi St., Mattapan, Additionally, autopsy reports indicate that the victim had suffered multiple gun shot wounds before death.
