A young father known for supporting his family was ruthlessly killed after leaving a BBQ.September 26, 2010 MASSACHUSETTS FUGITIVE NEWS -- Tony Heng is most wanted for the murder of 19-year-old Juan Ferrer, of Lawrence, Massachusetts. Heng's motive for killing Ferrer is unknown, but this fugitive should be considered armed and dangerous. Additionally, Jimmy Kan, who has been charged with being an accessory after the fact in the murder is in custody. Kan is believed to have assisted the killer by helping him flee the crime scene and dispose of evidence.
Heng is believed to have shot his victim in the morning hours of June 19, 2010, on Chapel Street in Back Central, Lowell, Massachusetts. Ferrer was shot at approximately 2:30 a.m., after leaving a Chapel Street residence where he had been attending a cookout with friends. Upon Lowell Police arrival, Officers found Ferrer suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Ferrer was transported to Lowell General Hospital where he was officially pronounced dead. Juan Ferrer had no past criminal history, therefore, criminal association between the killer and his victim can be ruled out. Additionally, Ferrer was already a father by the age of nineteen. Ferrer was also known for having a job and supporting his family. He is deeply missed by friends and family.
