PA NEWS -- An accused fugitive murderer, Sean Sullivan, is most wanted by the Philadelphia Police. Sullivan is believed to have fatally shot 37-year-old Derrick Wilson on June 17, 2009, at approximately 10:00 a.m. on 816 E. Locust Avenue near Chew Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
