Charles Michael Ruff is most wanted for killing man in Nissan Maxima

COLUMBIA SC FUGITIVE NEWS -- A homicide fugitive, Charles Michael Ruff, is most wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Eric Vernard Wallace in Columbia, South Carolina. Ruff is currently sought by Columbia Police and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Police allege that on December, 20, 2010, Charles Michael Ruff shot multiple times into a vehicle leaving the Bethel Bishop Apartments parking lot on Ripplemeyer Avenue. Eric Vernard Wallace was struck while inside the vehicle by the volley of gunfire.
