Gunman Tevin Terrell Davis remains a fugitive at largeOctober 17, 2010 HAMPTON ROADS FUGITIVE NEWS -- Newport News police and the Hampton Police Division are searching for Tevin Terrell Davis, who is most wanted for the murder of 25-year-old Lonnie A. Levine in Newport News, Virginia. Meanwhile, Davis's accomplice, Darren Lewis Spraggins, is already in police custody. On the other hand, Davis is still a fugitive at large, and should be considered extremely dangerous.
On July 10, 2010, Lonnie A. Levine was found dead in a local parking lot of a shopping area in the 300 block of Beechmont Drive, Newport News. Levine had been shot multiple times. Police have still not disclosed a motive for the killing. However, both Davis and Spraggins are charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and on September 29, 2010, Warrants were issued for their arrest.
