Ramadan According to Hampton Police, on July 17, 2005, an argument began at the Bahirdar Ethiopian Restaurant located at 17 East Queens Way in Hampton between two groups of Hampton University students. The students, originating from New York and Texas, carried the argument outside the restaurant into the street. The argument eventually became physical, turning into a fight. During the brawl, 20-year-old Byron "B.J." Bryant was fatally stabbed with a knife by Jihad Amir Ramadan.
