Fugitive Pedro Guerrero ambushed his victim and stabbed him with a knife.July 5, 2010 GEORGIA FUGITIVE NEWS -- Pedro Guerrero is most wanted for murder by police in Savannah, Georgia. Guerrero is suspected of the fatal stabbing of a 27-year-old man outside a west Savannah apartment complex. The motive for the attack remains unknown, but Guerrero should be considered armed and dangerous.
On September 25, 2004, while at the Saxi Discoteque & Karaoke in nearby Garden City, Rosendo Avila Garcia encountered Pedro Guerrero. The two men began to argue and fight. Afterward, Rosendo Garcia left the nightclub and walked home. At approximately 3:00 a.m., as Rosendo Garcia approached his apartment, Guerrero allegedly ambushed Garcia and stabbed him in the chest. Meanwhile, Rosendo's brother, Carlos heard the attack from inside their apartment. Rushing to his brother's aid, Carlos found Rosendo lying in the yard bleeding. Carlos then witnessed Guerrero, who he recognized from the fight earlier at the club, flee the murder scene. Pedro Guerrero is described as:
