Fugitive Antonio Franco helped brutally beat and stab a man to death in his own home in front of his son.May 9, 2010 FORT MYERS FL FUGITIVE NEWS -- During a home invasion kidnapping robbery murder in Fort Myers, Florida, four men bound a thirteen-year-old boy and then killed his father. One of the four suspects, Antonio Franco, is still a fugitive at large most wanted by the Lee County Sheriff's Department in Florida.
Allegedly on February 11, 2008, at approximately 7:30 a.m., the four men forced their way into 591 Carolina Avenue located in the Tice neighborhood area of the City. Once inside, Antonio Franco and his accomplices bound Rey Escobar's thirteen-year-old son, and then commenced to brutally beat the 36-year-old man with a bar stool eventually stabbing him to death in front of the teenager. Franco and his accomplices then robbed the home stealing Escobar's jewelry. Antonio Franco is described as:
