Police suspect two brothers in a neighborhood murder in Southeast Raleigh NC.May 13, 2010 NC FUGITIVE NEWS -- U.S. Marshals Service, Eastern District of North Carolina and the Raleigh Police Department are seeking a suspected killer for murder and a second fugitive as an accessory after the fact to the homicide. On August 30, 2008, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Raleigh Police were called to a cul-de-sac at the end of Woodpecker Court in Southeast Raleigh where they discovered 21-year-old Roberto Torres-Cruz dead from a gunshot wound. Witnesses described a black Chevy S-10 pickup truck leaving the area at the time of the crime. Police found a similar vehicle parked at 607 Ralph Drive a half mile away from the crime scene. Police later obtained a search warrant for the home of Reynaldo Zamora-Marcial. Afterward, Police identified Reynaldo "Ray" Zamora-Marcial as the alleged shooter, and his brother, Raul Zamora-Marcial as an accessory after the fact in the homicide. Likewise, Police obtained arrest warrants for both men.
