Sheriff Using Tattoo to Identify Corpse

Unknown Murder Victim Found in Lake Kerr

FUGITIVE KILLER NEWS -- Mecklenburg County Sheriff, Danny R. Fox in Virginia is hoping to identify a male corpse found floating in Kerr Lake through the man's tattoo. The body of the deceased was sent to the Chief Medical Examiner of Virginia for autopsy and identification. Although the victim's identity remains unknown, the cause of death has been determined to have occurred from blunt force trauma to the head, and the investigation is preceeding as a murder.

Furthermore, the unidentified victim is described as a white male, possibly between the age of 35 to 50. Clothed in blue jeans, a canvas belt, and a pair of black Nike tennis shoes. The victim does have a tattoo on his right shoulder of a Doberman Pinscher's head with the word "CAPONE," and the date "2-14-92," tattooed underneath the dog's head.
