Jose G. Rocha stabbed man in the chest and left him to die!TENNESSEE FUGITIVE KILLER -- Jose G. Rocha a.k.a. "Cesar" is most wanted by the Tennessee Bureau Investigation (TBI), for the killing of Luis Corona in McMinnville, Tennessee. Additionally, TBI has listed Rocha as one of the state's top ten most wanted fugitives with a reward of $1,000 reward for his capture.
According to Warren County Sheriff's investigators, at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2009, Jose G. Rocha went to the Corona residence at 124 Martin Street in McMinnville, Tennessee, where a fight ensued between the two men. Unfortunately, the fight ended when Rocha pulled a knife and stabbed Corona in the chest. Rocha then fled the home leaving Corona to die. Nonetheless, upon the arrival of emergency response, an attempt was made by to save Corona's life by airlifting him to Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, but sadly Corona died during the flight. Charged with Criminal Homicide by McMinnville Police Department, Jose G. Rocha was last known to be driving a black or dark-green Dodge Neon possibly attempting to flee to Mexico.
